Join our team of volunteers and make a difference in the lives of others. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available and are always willing to do more. Ways you can help varies from helping veterans or filling bags of school supplies, to packing books to send to third world countries, to building wheelchair-accessible picnic tables, as well as supporting local agencies that make a difference in our community. Find out how Fairport Rotary Club has made a difference in the community and the lives of those we serve. We are committed to creating lasting change. We support local projects such at Perinton Food Shelf (monthly, as noted in pic above) Challenger Baseball, Learning Links, Odyssey of the Mind, Camp Haccamo, Strollin' for the Colon, just to name a few. We also support International projects like Malawi Children's Fund, Humans for Education, EndPolioNow, Books of the World (see their link under "More"). And we always support our future young leaders with various scholarships.

Fairport Rotary is fortunate to team up with community businesses to help those in need. For instance, Fairport Rotary teamed up with Canandaigua National Bank and was able to donate to Vertical Boost, who installed a soccer goal at Evergreen East. 

There are many ways to support Fairport Rotary Club's mission. You can make a donation, or better yet, become a member! It takes so little of your time to make a lasting change in someone's life and even in our community and our world. In the pic above, Rotarians are making a lasting change in the lives of our young children by handing out dictionaries to all Fairport 3rd graders, a tradition they have been doing for numerous years. There's so many ways you can help, even if you feel you don't have the time!

Fairport Rotary's ideals of service is based on the Five Avenues of Service - Club, Vocational, Community, International and New Generations. Fairport Rotary carries out efforts along each avenue of service. (Check out the link under "More" to see the homeless shelters shown above Fairport Rotarians built!)

Our Rotary DIstrict 7120 and Rotary International provide leadership training for anyone interested in leading a club, applying for a District grant, developing a website,  starting an international project, and more. 

District 7120 also holds conventions and conferences for its 70+ clubs to shares the  what and how of our  projects and activities.
